At PawFun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:
 • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
 • It is in resellable condition

To initiate a return, email us at with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:
 • Final sale items
 • Personalized or custom items
 • Used products

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
 • We’ll notify you via email
 • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
 1. Check your bank account
 2. Contact your card provider (processing times vary)
 3. Still nothing? Email us

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number to start the exchange process.

🚚 Return Shipping
 • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
 • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
